The Neutral Architecture is located in the city of Ashgabat. Built at the end of the Neutral Turkmenistan Highway, on a vast field surrounded by green plateaus, the Neutral Architecture is a clear reflection of the peace and peacefulness of our country, the loyalty of our people to the path of freedom, unity, and non-interference in the internal affairs of our neighbors inherited from our ancestors. The neutral structure is 83 meters tall and the statue is 12 meters tall, for a total of 95 meters. These numbers represent the date on which our state became neutral, December 12, 1995.
