The People’s Monument Society is 916 meters long and 626 meters wide and covers 650,000 square meters. There is a monument erected in honor of the victory in the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945), a monument to the heroes who were martyred in the fortress of Gök-Depe and those who died in the Ashgabat earthquake of 1948, and a museum was built in the monument. According to the Muslim tradition , there are facilities for charity. Near the Memorial Society there are lawns, lawns, flower beds, paved paths, decorative lamps and benches. At night, the community is illuminated by lights.
